FAST shipping processing:
All German orders up to 11:30 a.m. will be shipped the same day!
Any order placed on nights, weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

* Delivery with limited access
* Do not disassemble the pallet
* Tailgate on delivery
* Please check the delivery before you receive it and then sign it in case the package is damaged on the way.

Hi5 30-day return policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days. Returns are free of charge for you only if the quality or functionality of the product is defective. Refurbished or used products are not refundable.
- Buyers are responsible for all ferry shipping charges.
- All returns must provide proof of original purchase in order to obtain a Hi5 RA (Return Authorization) number. The RA number must be stated on the shipping label for returns.
- The products must be returned in their original packaging in a new condition. Customers are responsible for correctly repackaging products when returning them to ensure no damage occurs during shipping.
- For returns, international customers are responsible for all shipping costs as well as all applicable duties and taxes.
Change, cancellation and express policies
You can change or cancel your order at any time before the order is dispatched. We do not accept changes or cancellations of custom orders.
